The firm
Built out of twenty years of project finance practice.
JCAP Advisory was established in Dubai in 2024 to take an established project finance advisory practice to international transactions. Behind it sit close to twenty years of advising on infrastructure deals — more than 50 transactions exceeding $20 billion in value, spanning renewable energy, conventional power, water, gas, district heating, hydrogen and social infrastructure.
The practice operates at the intersection of project finance and corporate finance. Its core expertise is the financial advisory of complex infrastructure transactions, including financial modelling — the work that drove the development of the J-SOLVE platform. Beyond modelling, it provides end-to-end transaction support: structuring, lender negotiation, hedging, bid strategy, financial due diligence and capital raising.
